My Third Year

It's my third birthday today. I was at the nursery at the college where my Mum works.

I got a nice cake with three candles and I was allowed to help with the icing - I chose the colour - intense blue.

And here's the best bit - I'm blowing out the candles!

I have lots of fun at the nursery - we play lots of games which I really enjoy.

Here we are, playing "Jack and Jill"

Jack and Jill went up the hill
to fetch a pail of water.
Jack fell down and broke his crown
And Jill came tumbling after

My "godmother" owns a very pleasant little hostelry - here I am with my Mum and Dad. This photo was taken by one of their long-standing friends who was wearing funny clothes - he'd been to a banquet here with the Sealed Knot - who reenact battles from the English Civil War.
