I had the chance to go to Paris this year - and I wanted to go everywhere and see everything - and to try the food! We went on the Eurostar train from London to Paris and stayed in a little hotel just off the Place de la Republique.

I found some hippos too - those of you who know me will know that I collect hippopotami. Here was a quiet friendly one! |

| We stopped overnight in London on the way back - and I went to Steph's Restaurant - Steph used to have a restaurant in York where Mum and Dad courted! Here I am with Steph herself! Mum wasn't too well - so I had to go to the kitchen to give Steph's partner - Rich - the hug that Mum should have given him. Steph said that Mum was a "wimp" for not coming! |  |
